Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead maintenance team for smooth and safe plant operations.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Manage work permits (Hot, Cold, Confined Space, Electrical, etc.).
Monitor machine health and reduce downtime.
Supervise contractors and ensure safe work practices.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and audit readiness.
Coordinate with production and safety teams for shutdown and maintenance planning.
Control spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
Train team on safety protocols and equipment handling.
