Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale

    performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate, and other digital channels.
  • Optimizing for CAC and ROI.

  • Lead SEO & ASO efforts

    to drive top-of-funnel (TOFU) growth - including coordination with content, product, and engineering teams.

  • Build from scratch:

    Run and scale 0-to-1 growth experiments, identify high-performing channels, and create playbooks.

  • Drive affiliate marketing and digital distribution

    , building and managing high-impact partnerships.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with product, design, data, and business teams to align on growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing 5 Cr+ monthly digital budgets efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and growth analytics.
  • Fintech experience - especially in credit cards, loans, or lending products - is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in both paid and organic growth levers (SEO/ASO).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including external brands and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
