Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Mechanical to lead our mechanical engineering team in our plastic injection molding manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment optimization, and project management in the manufacturing sector, with specific experience in plastic injection molding machinery and processes. As the Senior Manager Mechanical, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance activities, leading a team of engineers, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring that production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. This role also involves managing major mechanical projects, overseeing safety protocols, and enhancing the overall mechanical performance of the manufacturing plant.
