Senior Laravel Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust and scalable Laravel-based modules.
• Architect secure, modular, and reusable backend systems.
• Optimize MySQL queries, database indexing, and schema design for performance.
• Manage complex API integrations, caching mechanisms (Redis/Memcached), and data migrations.
• Utilize Google Analytics and SEO tools to support digital product goals.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new features from concept to deployment.
• Guide debugging processes and resolve production issues swiftly.
• Follow SOLID principles and implement Laravel features such as service providers, jobs, queues, events, and service classes.
• Plan and maintain comprehensive documentation for features and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 - 6 years of professional Laravel development experience.
• Strong understanding of MySQL joins, indexing, schema optimization.
• Proficient with Redis, API tokens, and third-party service integrations.
• Familiarity with E-commerce logic and secure backend practices.
• Skilled in Git version control – pull requests, branching, and merge strategies.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
• Proven ability to lead development teams or manage projects independently.
• Exposure to AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or other cloud deployment platforms.
