Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Front-End Project Lead with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to take charge of our front-end team. In this role, you will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications, ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding, performance, and scalability. Your responsibilities will include a strong understanding of core concepts such as component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), Middleware, and lifecycle methods. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional features. Additionally, you will be responsible for project planning, estimation, and execution across multiple front-end initiatives. As a technical leader, you will provide mentorship to a team of front-end developers, ensuring code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to front-end best practices. You will also focus on optimizing web applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Collaboration with DevOps for CI/CD and environment management for front-end deployments will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML/CSS. Strong experience in SSR (Server-Side Rendering), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js is required. Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Nano Stores is preferred, along with experience in version control systems (Git) and project management tools like Jira. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, as well as proficiency with automated JavaScript testing using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha. Experience with modern development tools like Babel, Webpack, and Git is also expected. Nice-to-have skills include experience with component libraries like Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or Material UI, familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or others, and an understanding of micro-frontends or monorepo architectures (e.g., Nx, Turborepo).
