Job Description

Wood India Engineering & Projects is looking for Senior Document Controller I to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Creating, maintaining, and updating documents, records, and databases. Ensuring that all documents are stored securely and that access is restricted to authorized personnel. Tracking and managing document revisions and ensuring that all versions are up - to - date. Ensuring that documents are in compliance with company and regulatory standards, including formatting, naming conventions, and metadata requirements. Managing the distribution of documents to relevant parties, including internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and signed off before they are released or distributed. Ensuring that documents are archived and disposed of according to company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitoring document usage and ensuring that all users are trained in how to access and use documents. Developing and implementing document management systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Conducting regular audits of document management processes and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
