About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work directly with the founder to ideate, design, and execute visual content strategies for HiringJet.com 2. Create engaging graphics, motion reels, carousels, infographics, and short videos tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube 3. Craft viral posts around job tips, career insights, and HiringJet features 4. Edit testimonial videos, walkthroughs, and founder messages with clean branding 5. Write on-screen copy and captions to match the visual narrative 6. Ensure brand consistency, visual storytelling, and content impact 7. Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Deliver 3-5 high-quality creative posts per week on HiringJet's LinkedIn and Instagram 2. Achieve a 15% month-on-month increase in organic reach and profile visits 3. Ensure timely delivery of campaign creatives and ad visuals 4. Maintain consistent branding across all media assets 5.
