Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Offer strategic advice to clients on real estate investments, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management.
• Transaction Management: Oversee complex real estate transactions, including negotiations, contract drafting.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to inform clients about current trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and lead project teams to deliver client solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree .
• Experience: Typically, 2–5 years of experience in real estate.
