About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective learners via calls, emails, and Zoom sessions. 2. Guide students through the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment. 3. Understand student goals and match them with suitable programs based on eligibility and preferences. 4. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and call notes. 5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, conversions, and enrollments. 6. Train and mentor junior counselors; help improve their communication and closing skills. 7. Address objections or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and data.
