Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate Manager Marketing to join our growing team!

What will you do as a Senior Associate/Associate Manager - Marketing :

Strategize, manage, and oversee all social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
Plan, draft, and distribute B2B marketing assets including email newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, and industry-focused magazines
Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics to track campaign performance and team productivity
Collect and analyze consumer behavior and digital performance data (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings)
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities relevant to our industry and offerings
Work closely with design and content teams to produce compelling digital and print marketing material tailored for B2B audiences
Support community-building initiatives and kickstart community management activities for VDO.AI across digital platforms
Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns, industry roundtables, and thought-leadership initiatives
Monitor and report on competitors marketing activities, with a focus on content strategies and demand generation tactics
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing content with customer journeys and buying stages

What are we looking for :

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment
Demonstrated experience in hosting virtual events or webinars, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpretation skills, with the ability to represent the brand in public-facing engagements
Ability to develop and execute creative content strategies across formats like email newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, and social media
A basic understanding of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and how to translate them into actionable insights
Self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across teams
Interest or experience in community building and audience engagement strategies is a plus
