Security Supervisor - RAIN Square MALL - Nellore - Andhra Pradesh

Role & responsibilities Security Supervisor is responsible for the Shift under him. He is to make sure that personnel under his shift assemble as per the time and close up in their respective posts in time. He is to make report to Security Officer on taking over his shift and before handing over his shift. He is to takeover all the Security assets being maintained by the Security Department and make sure they are handled properly and handover the same correctly on completion of his shift. He is to make sure every guard in his shift is aware of his duties and responsibilities before deployment. He should impart training to guards in his shift time to time as and when necessary. He should make sure that patrolling of the premises is carried out continuously by the shift and should make a entry of the same in the patrolling register. He is to make sure all the registers kept with Main Gate and Security Control post are maintained and necessary entries are made in it. He is to make sure that all employees entering the premises should be frisked for unauthorized material such as alcohol, Cigarette, Guthka and any unauthorized items etc. 9. He is to make sure that Alcohol Breathe Analyzer test is carried out for each and every employee irrespective of his designation. 10. He is to make sure that all materials coming in and going out of the premises is checked as per the bill/gate pass and proper record of the same is maintained 11. He is to make sure vehicle movement from In gate and Out Gate is carried out in a smooth manner. 12. He is to take rounds of the workers quarters once in a day. 13. He should deploy the guards on a shift for their posts and rotate them on regular basis . Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Degree. Candidate having 10 years experience in Security dept. Should have good Computer knowledge in MS Office. Minimum Height- 5.8 Ft. Should not be overweight. Should be Physically Fit without any health problems.
