The ideal candidate should possess good proficiency in Java, with a focus on extensive automation testing using Selenium. With 3-5 years of experience working in a dynamic team of QA and SDET professionals, the candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in testing APIs, Reusable UI Components, and Component Assertions. Knowledge of TDD framework, TestNG, Page Object Model, Maven using Java programming, as well as a good understanding of API automation tools like RestAssured and Postman, are essential for this role.
