Scrum Master - L1

As a Scrum Master at our Noida location working in a hybrid mode with shift timings from 1 PM to 10 PM, you play a crucial role in facilitating a Scrum team and ensuring the team's success in achieving sprint goals and deliverables. Your primary responsibility includes removing impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensuring the effective use of the Scrum process. You are entrusted with safeguarding the development team, promoting self-management, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining focus on tasks at hand. Your duties involve ensuring the team meets Sprint objectives, commits to sprint goals, resolves impediments, and supports the Product Owner (PO) in adopting the Scrum process. You will assist in maintaining the Product Backlog, defining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, facilitating estimation, backlog refinement, and planning ceremonies. It is imperative to ensure the compliance of Definition of Ready (DOR), Definition of Done (DOD), and Acceptance criteria, along with MoSCoW adherence of the Sprint Backlog. Additionally, you are responsible for overseeing the correct implementation of the Agile Process, protecting the team from external interference, providing technical assistance, facilitating clear communication among team members, participating in Scrum of Scrum sessions, and offering feedback on team performance. You will lead various Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, retrospection) and ensure the accurate adoption of practices. Maintaining updated Scrum artifacts, ALM tools, Wipro internal tools, and analyzing Scrum metrics to initiate corrective actions are also part of your role. Furthermore, you will develop competency improvement and cross-skilling plans for the team, train them on Agile processes adoption and engineering practices, record retrospection actions, and contribute to community initiatives and internal quality forums. The mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Agile-Scrum, SAFe, and SAFe certification. To excel in this position, you should have 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
