School Relations Officer About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven School Relations Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with school principals and management, promoting FACE Prep’s learning solutions, and driving lead generation initiatives. This is a field-based role involving regular travel to partner schools and institutions, and demands strong communication, relationship-building, and B2B sales skills. Job Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Trivandrum Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with school principals, administrators, and key decision-makers. 2. Visit schools regularly to present company offerings and build brand presence. 3. Generate leads and convert them into potential clients through strategic outreach and engagement. 4. Drive B2B sales initiatives and meet assigned sales targets. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. 6. Provide feedback from the field to improve services and customer satisfaction. 7. Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions. 8. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. A School Relations Officer needs a blend of sales understanding and experience. 2. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or educational outreach. 3. Proven track record in lead generation and relationship management. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. 6. Comfortable with fieldwork and travel across assigned territory. 7. Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel daily. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred). Additional Information: Full-time position with 2 weeks of structured training. Opportunity to work in a growing education-based organization.
