Job Opening: Principal – CBSE School Location: Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh School Type: CBSE Affiliated School Joining: Immediate / As per availability Key Responsibilities: Provide academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE norms. Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and professional development. Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, manage affiliations, examinations, and academic planning. Foster strong communication between staff, students, and parents. Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and integrity across the school. Lead initiatives to enhance student outcomes, extracurricular activities, and school reputation. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Education/School Leadership). B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 3-5 years in a school leadership role (as Principal/Vice Principal/Coordinator). Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school management practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
