Role & responsibilities Understand Technical requirements, Sourcing and Screening of techies, should effectively communicate with USA Citizens, GC and/or work visa holders, must be able to work on fast paced environment who can handle multiple requirements in day-to-day work. Work night shifts from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST. Preferred candidate profile Scepter Technologies is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters, who are passionate towards the Technology Staffing, who would love to work with diversified consultants in USA and deliver for the client positions on day-to-day basis. Key Skills: ** 2 to 5 years of experience. Work night shifts from 6:30pm to 3:30am Indian Standard Time ** 1. Must be a very good communicator. 2. Excellent understanding on technologies and latest trends in USA job market. 3. Should demonstrate ability to understand IT client requirements and should be able to communicate with consultants. 4. Please only apply if you can source candidates on W2, C2H. 5. Sourcing and Tech Screening skills are no brainer to ask on this job, C2C work is NOT a preference for us. We need strong experience hiring W2 candidates. 6. Understanding of Work Visa statuses, NDA, RTR, NCA & NSA, is required but basic understand of contractual work is fine. 7. Sourcing from Job Boards like www.dice.com, www.linkedIn.com, own network of consultants and suppliers, groups. 8. Should be able to understand native US Citizens accent and must be able to communicate with them effectively. 9. Negotiation skills and email writing skills are not to mention & a must to have. 11. Scepter Tech is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (IT Staffing & Recruitment) to identify new partnership opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the U.S. IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development within the U.S. staffing/consulting sector, with experience in acquiring direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors. The role demands a results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of IT staffing, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for new business development, getting new clients onboard, account management as well as sales execution. Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors to expand business opportunities. Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring consistent client acquisition and retention. Conduct extensive cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals. Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships. Manage client accounts on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and driving revenue goals. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placements and fulfilment of client requirements. Analyze market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor strategies to refine business development strategies. Develop and execute successful business growth plans, aligning with company goals and objectives. Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of staffing solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record in business development within the IT staffing industry. 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staffing. Familiarity with IT job roles, contract staffing, and full-time hiring processes. Proven ability to acquire and manage client relationships in the IT recruitment industry.
