What Were Looking For: Strictly Full-Time (No freelancers or agencies) Experience: 2-5 years in SEO US Market Experience: Must have worked on SEO projects targeting US-based businesses for at least 1 year. Expertise: Advanced SEO, local search rankings, Google My Business (GMB), and organic lead generation. Experience in Email marketing will be a plus point. Your Role: 1. Develop & execute SEO strategies to increase rankings & traffic 2. Optimise on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, internal linking) 3. Build high-quality backlinks & execute off-page SEO tactics 4. Manage local SEO, GMB citations, and Google Map rankings 5. Conduct technical SEO audits & implement fixes 6. Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates & industry trends 7.
