As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in Project Engineering, specifically focusing on the "SCADA Communication Gateway" for HVDC control & protection systems. Your responsibilities will include handling signal distribution between automation devices, managing communication interfaces, creating technical specifications, and collaborating with internal departments and external customers. Additionally, you will be involved in system integration, commissioning, and providing technical support during various project phases. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, along with substantial experience in SCADA systems for control systems and energy transmission. You must have a strong understanding of SCADA systems in the context of energy transmission systems, proficiency in technical English, and knowledge of automation technology. Experience with remote control interfaces, protocol converters, data concentrators, and energy automation protocols such as IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850, OPC, and DNP will be beneficial. This challenging and future-oriented role is based in Gurgaon, with opportunities to travel to other locations in India and beyond.
