Job Title: SAS Administrator Experience: 4-9 Years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAS Administrator to manage and maintain our SAS Analytics Environment . The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in SAS platform administration , ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of SAS applications. Key Responsibilities: SAS Platform Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAS products, including SAS Grid, SAS Viya, and SAS Visual Analytics . User Management: Control user access via SAS Management Console , ensuring appropriate permissions and security. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for efficiency. Security & Compliance: Maintain SAS Metadata security , apply patches, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Data Integration: Manage connections to Oracle, SQL, SAP, Salesforce , and other platforms. Incident Management: Investigate, escalate, and resolve production support incidents. Disaster Recovery: Maintain and execute disaster recovery procedures as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with SAS Developers, Data Scientists, and IT teams to support analytics initiatives. Technical Expertise: SAS Grid Administration and SAS Viya experience. Strong knowledge of SAS Management Console, SAS Metadata, and SAS Studio . Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting . Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Teradata . Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
