Job Title: SAP UI5 Fiori Lead Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid or On-site as required) Company: Kaar Technologies Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) Job Summary: Kaar Technologies is looking for a talented SAP UI5 Fiori Lead with a strong technical background in UI5 development , OData integration , and Fiori architecture . This role requires leadership capabilities to drive the UI/UX layer of SAP solutions, collaborating with backend teams and stakeholders to deliver responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of SAP UI5/Fiori applications tailored to customer requirements. Integrate UI5 apps with OData services from SAP backend systems. Drive the Fiori architecture , including app extensions, custom app development, and launchpad configuration. Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and Functional teams to align frontend with business logic. Mentor junior UI5 developers and ensure coding standards, performance, and UI/UX best practices. Participate in S/4HANA migration and Fiori enablement projects. Handle troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility issues. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori development and custom app creation. In-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, JSON , and SAP Fiori design guidelines. Proficient in OData consumption and integration with SAP Gateway. Hands-on with Fiori Elements , Smart Controls, and Launchpad Designer. Knowledge of GIT , SAP Web IDE , and BAS (Business Application Studio) . Understanding of SAP modules and their business processes. Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills. Good to Have: Experience with SAP BTP , CAPM , or Fiori in S/4HANA environment. Exposure to Fiori Security , roles, and authorizations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
