Job Description

senior SAP S/4 HANA professional

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate across SAP modules to ensure smooth daily business operations
Act as
internal owner and bridge
between users, management, and SAP partner
Lead a small internal SAP team (functional coordinators, analysts, reporting)
Drive best practices for master data governance and process standardization
Oversee training, SOP creation, change management, and rollout support
Work with business heads to ensure SAP is aligned with plant realities
Guide reporting team to build dashboards using CDS Views, Power BI, SAC
Recommend add-on tools (MES, HRMS, expense management, etc.)
(Optional) Oversee small BTP app development initiatives

Ideal Profile

812 years of experience in SAP implementation or internal leadership roles
Exposure to multiple SAP modules with solid business process understanding
Hands-on coordination experience in manufacturing environments
Strong documentation, communication, and process-mapping skills
Comfort managing internal teams and external vendors

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (any discipline); MBA, M.Tech, or SAP Certifications are a plus
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud is preferred but not mandatory
Background in ERP governance, internal transformation, or operations leadership is valued
