Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance test strategies for SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Develop and maintain LoadRunner scripts for SAP GUI, Web, and other interfaces.
Execute load, stress, and endurance tests to validate system performance.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Document test plans, scenarios, and results in test management tools (e.g., ALM, JIRA).
Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or SAP Solution Manager.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
.
Proficiency in scripting for
SAP GUI and Web protocols
.
Solid understanding of
SAP architecture and modules
.
Experience with
performance monitoring and tuning
.
Familiarity with
test management tools
(e.g., ALM, JIRA).
Good knowledge of
SQL and database performance
.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
