SAP MM Lead

As a Support Engineer at our Gurgaon location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Excellence Lead by implementing, monitoring, and documenting the progress of various improvement initiatives within the BU/subunit. With 2-6 years of experience, you are required to have a strong understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function within the BU or subunit. - Conduct studies across the planning/delivery team to identify improvement opportunities. - Document all activities related to excellence initiatives. - Plan and execute on-ground process audits. - Uphold Sterlite's values while continuously striving for improvement. Skills Required: - Proficiency in SAP MM, including facilitating implementation and support. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and offer suitable system solutions. - Lead workshops to gather business requirements and map them effectively. - Design, configure, and test MM modules while identifying and resolving gaps and issues. - Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams. - Provide training and support as needed. - Track development hours and prioritize tasks effectively. - Collaborate with support teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects. - Proficient in designing and configuring MM modules. - Familiarity with Ariba and SAP MM interfaces. - Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills. - Capable of understanding business processes from a customer's perspective. - Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
