Job Description

SAP PP Implementation & Support:

Configure and support SAP
Production Planning (PP)
processes, including
demand management, MRP, shop floor execution, and production order management
.
Design and enhance
Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing, and Capacity Planning
.
Work with business teams to
optimize production scheduling, reduce downtime, and improve resource utilization
.
Ensure seamless integration between
PP and QM (in-process quality checks), MM (raw material planning), and SD (order fulfillment)
.

Business Process Optimization:

Analyze current
maintenance and production workflows
, identify gaps, and implement
process improvements using SAP best practices
.
Define and configure
preventive maintenance strategies
to minimize breakdowns and production disruptions.
Enhance
real-time reporting, maintenance KPIs, and production performance tracking
in SAP S/4HANA.

Testing & Compliance:

Conduct
unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
for new configurations and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with
plant safety regulations, ISO standards, and quality management protocols
in SAP workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree
in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in SAP PM & PP, with at least
2 years in SAP S/4HANA
.
Experience in
at least one SAP implementation and one support project
.
