Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) Consultant to join our SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) team.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP CC implementation, configuration, and integration within a BRIM landscape.Key Responsibilities :
- Work on SAP Convergent Charging (CC) configurations, pricing logic, and chargeable item classes.- Support the end-to-end BRIM process including CI (Convergent Invoicing), SOM (Subscription Order Management), and SAP CC.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test charging logic based on business requirements.- Configure charging plans, provider contracts, and mapping tables in SAP CC.- Participate in solution design workshops, business process mapping, and technical design documentation.- Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CC integration with other BRIM components.Required Skills :
- 35 years of experience in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC).- Experience in BRIM components like SAP CI, FICA, SOM, and CRM is a plus.- Good understanding of telecom billing, charging processes, and prepaid/postpaid models.- Ability to work with JSON, XML, and SOAP/REST APIs for integration purposes.- Proficient in troubleshooting and performance tuning of SAP CC.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
