Job Description

Person will be part of Service Operations support team within IM&BI that supports the different front-end products we have in our setup: SAP BO (BI4), Qlikview and others. He/she will participate in: • day to day operational follow-up, support and assistance for the production-, test- and acceptation environments of the components mentioned above • activities to maintain, enhance and improve the components mentioned above Requested skills • SAP Business Objects specific: Working at least 4 years as product/infrastructure specialist with SAP Business Objects (BI4 ). o Server Architecture, Security, Designer, Desktop & Web Intelligence , Advanced Analysis, Dashboards, Crystal Reports, SAP BW Connectivity, Auditor, Migration, Report conversion. o Proficiency with UDT, Web Intelligence , Advanced Analysis, Dashboards, Lumira, Crystal Reports, Design Studio. o Experience with other SAP products like SAP BW, HANA are a plus. • Knowledge on data warehouse design concept. • Good knowledge of Sql language: Oracle, Sqlserver and Netezza. • Strong understanding of business continuity and recovery processes and procedures. • Ability and willingness to work effectively in a business-critical production, in a global, multi-cultural organization. • Team player and can work autonomous. • Structured and strong analytical skills. • Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and excellent communication and reporting skills. Stress resistant and you can adjust easily to fast changing environments. • Strive continuously for quality and customer's satisfaction.
