Associate Consultant specializing in SAP Ariba

Key Responsibilities:

• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and module configuration (P2P, Sourcing, Contracts).
• Prepare project documentation, including process flows and test scripts.
• Participate in testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with data preparation, migration, and basic end-user support.
• Continuously learn and collaborate effectively with Protiviti teams and clients.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience:

  0-6 months of total work experience (including internships).

• Domain Knowledge:

  Foundational understanding of procurement processes (e.g., PO, Invoice, Sourcing) and a strong interest in SAP Ariba or cloud procurement.

• Skills:

  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attributes:

  Quick learner, team player, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Preferred (Bonus):

  Certifications/courses in SAP Ariba/other SAP modules, exposure to ERP systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), basic understanding of integration concepts.
