Job description and skills required:
1. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
2. Must have working knowledge in SAP HANA with at least 1 year.
3. Must have strong knowledge in Core ABAP (Dictionary objects, BDC, Classical report, ALV report, Module programming, Smart forms, User exits, BAPI, BADI, CDS views)
4. Strong knowledge & experience in developing SAP Fiori apps, UI technologies will be an added advantage
5. Must have adequate knowledge in performance optimization techniques.
6. Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
7. Proven Track Record in managing large projects and technical teams.
8. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
9. Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks in timely and accurate manner with limited direction and guidance.
10.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals, critical thinking and problem solving skills required.
11.The ability to analyze, design and document software applications
1. Manage the day-to-day the Software Development Life Cycle operations
2. Must provide adequate support for applications and team projects.
3. Ability to produce project documentations including: Requirement Specification Document, Project Delivery Manuals etc.
4. Must have very strong communication skills and clear understanding of User requirements
