This is a full-time, office-based role focused on ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients after the sale is completed. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with homebuyers post-booking Assist clients through documentation, registration, and possession processes Address and resolve client queries, concerns, or complaints efficiently Coordinate internally with project, accounts, and legal teams to ensure smooth handovers Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups Plan and oversee possession events, handover processes, and customer feedback collection Requirements: Bachelor's degree (any stream) 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
