About the Role:

We are looking for a Fashion Designing Fresher or Sampling & Production Assistant to support our design and production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, who wants to understand how sampling and production work in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of samples as per design requirements
• Coordinate with tailors, embroiders, and vendors during sampling and production
• Maintain records of sampling, fabric inventory, and production timelines
• Help with sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories
• Conduct quality checks during production
• Support the design team in daily tasks such as mood boards, documentation, and client orders

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
• Strong interest in fashion and production processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing (or currently pursuing)
• Internship experience in fashion or sampling is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
