Roles and Responsibilities · Achieving quarterly and annual sales target with new and current customers. · Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets. · Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating Samphire Products. · Always Representing Samphire in a positive and professional manner. · Maintaining accurate and timely data daily in HubSpot CRM system. · Track and update leads and opportunities in HubSpot CRM system. · Staying current on all Samphire products and industry trends. · Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position Samphire Products. · Achieving a minimum performance of 100% of quota by the end of the first year of work by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
