Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Developer- Lead. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer/Admin to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. This dual role requires both technical development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), AURA, Visualforce, Integration and Apex, as well as administrative support including user management, data integrity, and configuration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Developer Responsibilities: Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce pages. Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Customize and optimize user interfaces and flows using the Lightning Experience. Implement and support automated deployments using CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset). Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for security and performance. Admin Responsibilities: Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and license assignments. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Build and manage process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Monitor data quality, security, and system health. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree. 3-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and SOQL/SOSL. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and security model. Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications.
