About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of technical tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies. Implement and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features as per business requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform unit testing and support UAT to ensure the quality of solutions. Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for existing Salesforce applications. Qualifications: 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Experience with Salesforce APIs, process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security models. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
