Salesforce Developer

As a skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to gather requirements and provide scalable technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring Sales Cloud functionalities including lead, opportunity, and account management workflows, as well as implementing and optimizing Service Cloud features such as case management, SLAs, entitlements, and service console. You will design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance user experience across various systems and portals. Customizing and extending Salesforce Experience Cloud for self-service capabilities will also be part of your responsibilities. Integration with third-party applications like Yardi, LivAldar, and Fusion using MuleSoft or custom REST/SOAP APIs will be essential. Additionally, maintaining and enhancing custom data models, automating workflows, building approval processes, and configuring case routing for operations will be key tasks in this role. Your role will also involve implementing role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and controlled data access. Supporting testing cycles, managing deployments using tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, or ANT, and providing post-deployment support including user enablement, performance tuning, and incident resolution are also part of the job responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Aura Components, and a deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud customization and management. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce security model, automation tools, record-level access controls, integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and declarative development tools are essential. Familiarity with deployment and version control tools is also required. Having domain knowledge in real estate or retail service operations, understanding of property management/billing systems like Yardi, exposure to Salesforce Shield, event monitoring, governance/compliance tools, and experience with e-signature platforms will be considered advantageous. Preferred certifications for this role include Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
