Salesforce Administrator

Location

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and security settings
  
• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders
  
• Build and customize applications using

  Apex

  ,

  Visualforce

  ,

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services
  
• Monitor platform performance, ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits
  
• Handle sandbox refreshes, deployments, and version control
  
• Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce functionality
  
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce administration and configuration

• Hands-on experience with

  Apex, Visualforce, LWC

• Experience in

  Salesforce Lightning platform

• Familiarity with

  Salesforce APIs and integration techniques

• Good understanding of

  Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices

• Experience with

  Change Sets

  ,

  ANT

  , or

  Salesforce DX

  for deployments
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II)
  
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud
  
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile methodology
