Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to appoint industrial retailers in industrial hubs in the state and associate them with respective dealers. You will also be required to manage the performance of dealers, execute ATL/BTL marketing plans, and generate on-ground demand from MSMEs. Additionally, you will need to attend customer complaints from small and large industries, coordinating with R&D for resolution, and deliver on revenue targets. Another key aspect of your role will be to reach out, onboard, engage, and manage an influencer network. The work locations for this position include Surat, Gandhidham, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Ludhiana, and Vijayawada, with specific focus on Industrial Aftermarket Sales and Automotive Aftermarket Sales. The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. The salary range for this role is between 2 to 6 Lac per annum. Key skills that would be beneficial for this position include sales expertise, knowledge of bearings, experience in field sales, and a background in the automotive industry.
