Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mortgage Products is responsible for promoting and selling mortgage-related financial products, including home loans, loan against property (LAP), balance transfers, and top-up loans. The role involves generating leads, engaging potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable mortgage solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems.

Sales & Business Development:

Meet individual sales targets for mortgage products such as home loans, LAP, and balance transfers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.

Explain product features, terms, interest rates, and application processes.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide after-sales support, including assistance with documentation and issue resolution.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, interest rate movements, and competitor offerings.

Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all loan applications comply with internal and regulatory policies.

Collect and verify all required documentation for loan processing.
