Position Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales generation and achieve company objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Coordinate sales promotion activities and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
Oversee field sales management, ensuring that sales targets are met through effective field work and coordination.
Engage in sales activities related to brokerage and mutual funds, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of
1 to 5 years
of experience in sales management or a related field.
Proven experience in sales generation, sales & marketing, and field sales management.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, particularly in brokerage and mutual funds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required for field sales activities.
