Position Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and strategize for improvement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of
1 to 3 years
of experience in sales management or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince and influence others.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
