Role & responsibilities

Market Expansion
: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the business within the designated market, identifying new opportunities and growth areas.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy
: Collaborate with the seniors to define sales strategies, pricing models, and product development initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Sales Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions and resource allocation.
Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical stream. MBA preferred with minimum 7 plus year of sales experience.
Hard core solar component sales.
Strong understanding of solar technology, products, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
