About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
B2B industrial sales
for clean tech and emission control solutions across targeted sectors.
Lead
techno-commercial engagements
, understanding client pain points and offering technically sound, commercially viable solutions.
Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
industrial customers, consultants, and channel partners
.
Identify market opportunities, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related); MBA is a plus.

industrial B2B sales
with a focus on
techno-commercial solutions

Prior experience selling to industries such as manufacturing, power, infrastructure, or environmental technologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
