Job Description

The Sales Intern position based in Indore is open for both Full-time and Part-time employment, suitable for individuals with or without prior experience. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and identifying potential leads. Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role. Your duties will include engaging with customers over the phone to introduce products/services, nurturing leads, and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions. Achieving sales targets, providing prompt assistance to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key objectives of this position. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication abilities in English, Hindi, or any regional language. Additionally, basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, is preferred. A self-motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service will be an ideal fit for this position.,
