About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive and support sales for TACTCPM, our innovative project management solution. You will focus on product demos, market research, and prospect follow-ups, targeting civil engineering firms and government tender projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional preferably with civil engineering knowledge and IT aptitude to make an impact in a growing startup.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of TactCPM and its offerings to articulate its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and client pain points in the civil engineering and ConTech space.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine pitches and align solutions with client needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads for TactCPM by researching civil engineering firms, construction companies, and government tender opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging product demos to showcase TactCPM's features.
  • Follow up with prospects post-initial meetings (led by the Director of Sales) to nurture relationships and move deals toward closure.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ConTech, IT solutions, or civil engineering sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field; understanding of construction project management (e.g., tenders, compliance) is a plus.
  • Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn and demo software solutions effectively.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and market research techniques.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
