Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in commercial real estate sales.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions for their commercial property requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and close transactions to achieve revenue growth through residential sales, commercial leasing, and field sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Job Requirements :

  • Profile* - 

    To call upon leads generated by various marketing avenues

    Match & pitch suitable options as per the clients requirement 

    Providing site visits

    Assisting in negotiations & closure follower by paper work.

    *Note* - 

    Would prefer someone who has an experience of dealing in commercial real estate - Sale or Rent transactions. 

    Prefer if candidate has an experience of South Mumbai market
