Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

  • Sales Generation & Lead Management:

    • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads effectively.
    • Qualify leads and schedule property site visits and meetings.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
    • Provide product presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, property pricing, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Sales Targets & Reporting:

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences, market conditions, and sales strategies.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of properties and services.
    • Attend sales meetings, product briefings, and training sessions.

  • Documentation & Contract Management:

    • Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal processes involved in property sales.
    • Maintain accurate and organized sales records.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Real estate certification or relevant sales training is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a significant advantage.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Personal Traits:

    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Other:

    • A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for client meetings.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
