Job Description

Metaverse Learn:

We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive for on-ground operations across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will handle new business acquisition, nurture client relationships, and drive sales efforts in both B2B and B2C segments.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand a network of B2B business partners
Drive B2C sales through various channels
Visit Training Institutes to promote our offerings
Assess the needs of business partners and suggest appropriate courses
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders
Manage and follow up on leads consistently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Gather market insights and share trends with the internal team
Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams for processing and post-sales support

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales (EdTech background preferred)
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and execute growth strategies
Prior experience in startups is an advantage, especially in scaling operations
Good understanding of marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition techniques
