Job description :

Experience : 1-3 yrs in sales & marketing, particularly in the building materials or construction industry is highly desirable.

Age : 23-45 yrs

Education qualification : Graduation any.

Gender : Only male candidate can apply.

Job location : Bhilai & nearest, Chattisgarh

Salary : 18k-22k

Knowledge : Candidate should have knowledge in Cement Industries and commodities,

dynamics, and customer needs in crucial.

Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential

Mandatory : Candidate must have bike & driving licence .

Travel : The role may require frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend events

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
