Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain project offerings.
  • Generate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain call records.
  • Share project brochures, videos, and pricing with prospects.
  • Maintain CRM or Excel records of daily calling activity and responses.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and closures.
  • Handle basic client objections and pass qualified leads for further processing.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
  • Must be target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle outbound/inbound calling pressure.
