SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B & B2C customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation & networking skills.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits & value of our products.
• Showcase exceptional sales service & support skills as a representative of the company towards customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions during and after the development stage of the product.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal finalization, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams continuously to check the progress of existing orders.
• Continually maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and sales opportunity pipelines.
• Stay updated with market trends & dynamics and competition awareness to effectively identify new opportunities.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, not just to develop relationships with prospective customers, but also to existing customers to gain repeat business, identify new opportunities and handle claims/ complaints.
• Participate and represent the company at trade exhibitions & other events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
