Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels.
Customer Engagement:
Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable vehicle options.
Product Demonstrations:
Providing test drives and explaining vehicle features and specifications.
Sales Process Management:
Guiding customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork.
Relationship Building:
Maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Product Knowledge:
A good understanding of vehicles, their features, and how they compare to competitors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to negotiate prices and close deals effectively.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Driving License:
A valid driver's license is essential.
